Prospective clients are often curious about the same thing: how it would feel to talk about hard things, together. This is important to me too, so I strongly recommend you set up a consult (free of charge) to check out our fit. In the meantime, as a preview: when describing me, my clients most often reflect on appreciating my "high warmth, low BS" approach. In session, I'm focused on you and your care, but I'm also conversational and expressive. Therapy often involves feeling some feelings, strategizing, science lessons, humor, and clarity. Most of my referrals are word-of-mouth, because people trust me as a professional, and a human.
